Dear IDMT team and fellow participants,

I’ve been registered and participating since term 1, and I absolutely enjoy, appreciate and value the teachings and practices.
This term unfortunately I seem to have fallen rather behind (by some 6-7 classes), and my daily practice too has become very erratic.

I’m now finding myself rather bewildered – how do I ‘catch up’ to the course – do I systematically do all the classes I’ve missed (which means I probably won’t be dedicating one week per teaching, as we would ideally do, but will probably try to do one class a day or something) – or do I dive back in at whichever point the live class is now at?

I understand there probably isn’t a single right answer to this, but I would appreciate hearing any thoughts. I don’t want to fall out of the course, but I want to keep up in a sustainable manner and especially manage to sustain daily practice through it all.

      Thank you!

Hi Zara, if it was me, I would join the weekly zoom meeting and read the transcripts of the earlier sessions. And sure, also watch them when you can.

Thanks Manita for your kind response.
Yes, I think by applying concepts like falling behind/ catching up and turning it into a to-do, Iā€™m stealing the fun out of it!
