Les sentiments et les \u00e9motions sont une partie naturelle et impermanente de notre constitution. Elles ne sont pas toujours agr\u00e9ables, certes, mais nous ne sommes pas encore des bouddhas, alors cela fait partie du jeu. L&rsquo;indiff\u00e9rence et le refoulement g\u00e9n\u00e8rent la fameuse part d&rsquo;ombre jungienne, dans laquelle ils s&rsquo;enveniment et influencent notre comportement de mani\u00e8re insidieuse.<br\/><br\/>Les agressions passives occasionnelles dans les centres du Dharma sont souvent dues \u00e0 ce contournement spirituel. L&rsquo;\u00e9quanimit\u00e9, en revanche, est une attitude bienveillante et reconnaissante \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9gard de tout ce qui se pr\u00e9sente, mais sans cr\u00e9er davantage de souffrance en le transformant en \u00ab\u00a0moi\u00a0\u00bb ou en \u00ab\u00a0mon\u00a0\u00bb, avec les histoires qui d\u00e9coulent de l&rsquo;identification. Bien s\u00fbr, notre corps et notre esprit sont parfois bless\u00e9s. Ce n&rsquo;est ni notre faute, ni injuste. Il s&rsquo;agit simplement de sa\u1e43s\u0101ra. L&rsquo;intimit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;\u00e9quanimit\u00e9 insuffle de l&rsquo;espace et de la douceur \u00e0 nos probl\u00e8mes sans en faire un drame shakespearien. Cette pr\u00e9sence calme permet de \u00ab\u00a0voir et savoir\u00a0\u00bb et de l\u00e2cher prise lorsque nous avons entendu le message.
